In the fierce market competition,government and enterprise customers have already become the most important strategic resource in the marketing activities of the telecom enterprises.With the increasing development of communication technology and popularization of the information technology application,the demands of government and enterprise customers have showed the tendency of personalization and multiplex.In a sense,the competition for the government and enterprise customers market can be thought as the competition between the marketing teams of different telecom operators.The fighting capacity of government and enterprise customers marketing teams is the key to win the market competition victory,and it determines the existence and development of the telecom operators.Therefore,when a telecom operator is going to strengthen his management,it is an inevitable strategic task for him to enhance the fighting capacity of his marketing team.In this thesis,the marketing team,in the Department of Government and Enterprise Customers of Yulin Branch of China Telecom,is studied.The present management situation and existing problems are studied and analyzed from the following three aspects:personnel,internal and external relation and the management mechanism of the customer manager.The result of research and analysis shows that the employees have insufficient professional and marketing ability,the internal and external relations are inharmonious and the application of the Customer manager management mechanism is improper.Aim at these problems,some solutions,which are based on the basic theories of constructing and managing modern marketing teams,are proposed to form a benign cycle for a marketing team and further promote the business performance of the marketing team in the Department of Government and Enterprise Customers of Yulin Branch of China Telecom:(1)optimizing marketing post setting and customer manager post duty;(2)improving the management mechanism of the customer manager in a marketing team;(3)coordinating the internal and external relations;(4)promoting team execution strength;(5)actively establishing the cooperation mechanism between different departments;(6)improving the performance management system of government and enterprise customer marketing team.The Paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter briefly introduced the research team construction between the customer the background and significance of chapter 2,expounds the theoretical knowledge of team building,the third chapter presents the telecom customers of yulin between the team marketing service status,The fourth chapter based on current team present situation,proposed the existing problems of the discussion and analysis;Chapter 5 for the fourth chapter of the problem analysis,the countermeasures put forward the construction of the optimization of the team between the customer solutions.In chapter 6 conclusion.
