It is generally known that employees are the most valuable treasure in the enterprise.Employee Satisfaction is an important factor influencing enterprise development.Therefore,the concept of Employee Satisfaction is accepted by more and more enterprises.At present,the United States has summed up the five principles of Employee Satisfaction Theory according to different types of enterprises.Compared with the United States,China's research on Employee Satisfaction started relatively late and the theoretical system is not complete up to now.Since China's reform and opening-up in 1979,with its national economy developing rapidly,Employee Satisfaction survey and management have become increasingly important.It has become significant for each industry to establish the theoretical system of Employee Satisfaction suitable for its own conditions in the light of foreign experiences.As a large enterprise affiliated to SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission),CMCC(China Mobile Communications Corporation)distributes its branches in provinces,cities,counties and townships.However,its management is highly centralized,with its power in investment,personnel,finance,procurement,institutional design concentrated in provincial companies and group companies.The branches in cities,counties and townships meerly have executing rights.According to Herzberg's Incentive Health Theory and some other research theories,through in-depth interviews and combined questionnaires,based on a lot of reading and study on Employee Satisfaction of the predecessors,this paper designs the Employee Satisfaction Survey for the CMCC branches of X City.According to the analysis and proccessing of the corresponding questionnaire data,comprehensive information of the junior staff satisfaction of CMCC branches in X City has been gained and the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprises.
