Secondly, the writer summarizes the methods to measure employee satisfaction, puts forward the flow chart, points out the key point and right views to carry on the employee satisfaction assessment according to the writer's experiences and insight.Thirdly, the writer establishes the employee satisfaction management system that can give help for corporations exerting employee satisfaction management. In the end, the writer puts forward measures to maintain and improve the employee satisfaction.Although, this research has limitations in depth, the writer believes firmly that the continuous study on employee satisfaction assessment and management system has very strong theory and practice meanings.
