Study On The Drive Forces Of Team Innovation In High And New Technology Enterprises

The new and high-tech enterprises in our country,which are in globalization and the forward position of ever-increasing competition,must adhere to innovation as the core competitive advantage and actively improve their innovative abilities.However,as the business environment has become more and more dynamic and complex,new and high-tech enterprises have to improve their own strength and abilities by making full play of team innovation,in order to stand out as the competitive and international integrated ones.The study begins with review of the literatures about the driving force of the team innovation in high-tech enterprises.Innovation is an important force driving the development of high-tech enterprise,and team innovation has developed into the main form of enterprise innovation and the core of the high-tech enterprise development.The paper then presents the essence of high-tech enterprise's team innovation,describes the elements,features and functional roles of high-tech enterprise's team innovation.High-tech enterprise's team innovations have promoted not only the comprehensive development of individuals and teams,but also the overall economic and social development.Furthermore,the driving forces of team innovation are analyzed,and measures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the driving force of high-tech enterprise's team innovations.The main conclusions are drawn as follows: Firstly,innovation is an important force driving the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises,and innovation team must implement innovative model;Secondly,the high-tech enterprise's team innovations have achieved personal,team and all-round development of enterprises;Thirdly,the driving force of high-tech enterprise's team innovation is a complex mechanism;Fourthly,there are some factors that under actuate high-tech enterprise's team innovations,the reasons are deep analyzed and effective measures are put forward to enhance the capability of team innovation.This paper presents the analysis of the driving forces,internal and external conditions of team innovation in high-tech enterprises from the historical materialism views and perspective of philosophy.The connotations,elements and characteristics of team innovation have been illuminated.Policy measures have been proposed to revolutionize the team innovation in the new and high-tech enterprises.
