Research On Growth Of High-tech Enterprise Based On Project Team Knowledge Innovation

In the era of knowledge economy and information society, knowledge and technology have become the important resources for the development of enterprises. It’s as well to High-tech enterprises. Nowadays,"Science and technology are primary productive forces ", the High-tech achievements situation is the field of competition between various countries.The operating characteristics of High-tech enterprises make the project team the main form of teamwork to conduct technology and other aspects of innovation. High-tech enterprises and even countries to improve their competitive advantages through technological innovation alone is not enough. Comprehensive strength includes not only technology, but also culture, organizational structure and management which can be accomplished through knowledge innovation. Therefore, we should pay attention to the cultivation of knowledge innovation capability of the project team.By looking and reading literatures about the growth of High-tech enterprises, the author found, people pay more attention to High-tech enterprises growth from the perspective of knowledge and are also more focus on project team knowledge innovation, but pay less attention to the mechanism of project team knowledge innovation to the growth of High-tech enterprises. The paper is on the basis of existing literatures about the growth of High-tech enterprises and the project team knowledge innovation, as the background of High-tech enterprises and the entry point of project team knowledge innovation. The paper analyses the types and characteristics of knowledge innovation in project teams; puts forward the influencing factors of the project team knowledge innovation according to the special features of knowledge, and build a four-stage process model of knowledge innovation which is conducted in details combining with the life cycle of the project team; analysis the mechanism of project team knowledge innovation to the growth of High-tech enterprises, constructs High-tech enterprise growth model based on the project team knowledge innovation and describes effects between the project team knowledge innovation and competitive advantages of High-tech enterprises. Finally, the study of Apple Inc.’s rapid growth and the knowledge innovation in its project teams support the conclusions of this paper.This article explores knowledge innovation process of the project team and its role in the growth of High-tech enterprises and enriches the theory of knowledge innovation and project management theory to a certain extent. Meanwhile, the model of the project team knowledge innovation process and the growth of High-tech enterprises have references to knowledge innovation in project teams and High-tech enterprises.
