A Study On The Cross-Border Fiow Of Rmb Based On The "The Belt And Road" Initiative Perspective

China since the realization of cross-border trade RMB settlement since 2009,the RMB cross-border flow of income and expenditure has increased significantly,the geographical scope of cross-border income and expenditure continued to expand,the international use of the RMB to maintain a relatively rapid growth in the scale of currency swaps increased year by year.Since September 2013 and October,when President Xi Jinping proposed to build the “Silk Road Economic Belt ”and the“21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,the “The Belt and Road” initiative,as China's important development strategy,is bound to have a far-reaching impact on China's macroeconomic development.The economic and financial,sovereign credit level and economic and trade financial cooperation with China presents a regional and multi-level characteristics,along with the continuous construction and improvement of “The Belt and Road”,China and the countries along the economic and financial cooperation is increasingly close,the RMB Cross-border trade settlement and cross-border investment and financing scale is increasing,It brings different opportunities and challenges to the current cross-border flow of RMB between China and other countries.Based on such a macroscopic background,this paper discusses the Cross-border flow of RMB from the perspective of the “The Belt and Road” initiative.This paper begins with the scale and distribution of the cross-border flow of RMB,this paper expounds the current situation and restrictive factors of the cross-border flow of RMB,and then probes into the influence path and effect of the “The Belt and Road” initiative on the Cross-border flow of RMB,and analyzes the scale of data related to the cross-border flow of RMB under the “The Belt and Road” initiative,At the same time,the paper studies the influence of the “The Belt and Road” initiative on RMB outflow channel,reflux channel and RMB offshore market,and finally gives the policy suggestion of promoting the cross-border flow of RMB under the initiative of “The Belt and Road”: strengthening the implementation path of RMB cross-border flow,improve the policy mechanism of cross-border flow of RMB and give full play to the impetus role of financial platform under the initiative of “The Belt and Road”.
