Research On The Benefit Sharing Strategy Of Yunnan Vietnam Cross Border Tourism Cooperation Under "The Belt And Road" Initiative

Vietnam is linked to China's mountains and rivers,and is an important node country in China's �The belt and road� initiative.Since 2006,China and Vietnam launched the �two corridors and one circle� cooperation,and in 2013,China put forward the �The belt and road� initiative.Under the favorable development opportunity,the cooperation between the two countries keeps deepening.In the cross-border cooperation between the two countries,tourism cooperation accounts for a large proportion.Yunnan,as a radiation center facing south Asia and Southeast Asia,is an important province for China and Vietnam to carry out cross-border tourism cooperation.The opening of cross-border tourism routes and the establishment of Yunnan free trade experimental zone have brought great development opportunities for cross-border tourism cooperation.Under this opportunity,Yunnan and Vietnam can gradually achieve connectivity,make full use of domestic and international markets,and build international tourism distribution centers to South Asia and Southeast Asia.Opportunities and challenges coexist.With the rapid development of cross-border tourism cooperation between Yunnan and Vietnam,the problems,such as the uneven distribution of interests of stakeholders in cross-border tourism cooperation,and the contradiction of interest demands,are increasingly prominent.Which have a certain impact on the sustainable development of cross-border tourism cooperation between Yunnan and Vietnam.Therefore,based on the actual situation of cross border tourism cooperation and interest sharing under �The belt and road�initiative,this paper uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to embed the stakeholder theory and game theory into the cross-border tourism cooperation.Based on the analysis of the benefit sharing of Yunnan Vietnam cross-border tourism cooperation,this paper studies the demands and game relations of stakeholders in Yunnan Vietnam cross-border tourism cooperation.First of all,pointing at the core stakeholders involved in Yunnan Vietnam cross-border tourism cooperation,this paper analyzes the importance of stakeholders' interest demands through questionnaire data,and expounds the conflict points of stakeholders' demands.Then,by constructing the stakeholder game model,we can find out the game relationship among the stakeholders of Yunnan Vietnam cross-border tourism cooperation,and the strategies that should be adopted by both sides of the game in the case of maximizing the collective interests,so as to provide direction for guiding the stakeholders to realize the benefit sharing and constructing the benefit sharing strategy of Yunnan Vietnam cross-border tourism cooperation.Finally,combined with the interest demands,conflict points of interest of all stakeholders and the actual situation of the interests sharing,the paper constructs a strategy for the benefit sharing of Yunnan Vietnam cross border tourism cooperation under �The belt and road� initiative,with a view to realizing the sustainable development of the cross border tourism cooperation between Yunnan and Vietnam.
