Research On The Working Capital Of Su Ning Commerce Company Based On The Cloud Supply Chain Management

In order to maintain normal operation,the enterprise must have the right amount of working capital,and operation capital operation is the foundation of the whole operation of the enterprise.In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry and the influence of external contingencies,it has become a more vulnerable part of the capital management chain of enterprises.Therefore,the operation capital management of the enterprise is urgent.With the development of the modern enterprise management,traditional working capital management is difficult to deal with complex and changing market environment.Instead,it is a new management model that combines advanced management concepts such as cloud supply chain management with working capital management.In this paper,taking Su Ning Commerce as a case,firstly,based on the connotation of supply chain,the connotation of working capital,supply chain management theory and working capital management theory,the concept of cloud supply chain of Su Ning Commerce is described.The cloud supply chain that combines the SCM and O2 O pattern is described.Secondly,using literature analysis method,case study method and quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of Su Ning Commerce's working capital management based on the cloud supply chain,and concludes that Su Ning Commerce fund management performance in the past five years has significantly improved results.In particular,after Suning launched a new "commerce" model in 2013,it has a significant role in commerce the development of working capital.However,in the application of cloud supply chain,there are still more or less problems in the management of working capital: the use of commercial credit in the procurement process is not sufficient;the occupation of working capital in inventory is excessive.the operation of the information system is inconsistent,mostly in the procurement process,inventory Links,marketing links and other issues in the supply chain.Finally,analyze the problems existing in the management of working capital described in the article,find out the reasons and put forward effective suggestions: We must focus on the use of commercial credit in the procurement process and maintain a good relationship with customers.For the inventory process,we must strengthen the use of cloud business model,Increase the intensity of on-line platforms and reduce inventory.In the marketing segment,we should pay attention to the management of working capital.When adopting a new commerce model,we must strengthen the cooperation with new marketing models,increase the visibility of the company,and promote the culture of the company.After a detailed analysis of the three links of the Su Ning Commerce working capital management based on the cloud supply chain,we will find that the cloud supply chain and working capital are again combined to adapt to our new cloud commence development model and better reflect the cloud supply.The chain has a good impetus to the management of corporate working capital.It hopes to provide new research ideas for some scholars who study it,and then perfects the current working capital management system based on the cloud supply chain.It can also provide new products for the current home appliance retail industry in our country.The management model,of course,can also be used by other companies in the industry to learn from and choose suitable for their own working capital management,so that it can raise the level of working capital management for a considerable number of companies and allow the economy and the world to advance with the times.
