With the proposal of a concept of ecological civilization and the society's urgent need for the logistics function,studying the ecological impact of economic development has become an indispensable part of the development of Logistics.In recent years,the smog phenomenon in our country has been a very serious problem.The main reason for that is the lack of development of environmental economy and industry.Logistics is now also a pillar industry in China's economic development and plays a vital role in the process of economic development.The Yangtze River Delta region is a key area for China's regional economic development with which it is now driving the development of some underdeveloped second and third tier cities in China's eastern coastal cities and even in central China.It plays a key role in shaping the urban development in the future and will leads the development of middle and eastern China.Coupled with the encouragement of national policies and the port logistics infrastructure in the Yangtze River Delta which is unique to the Yangtze River Delta,the great potential of logistics development in the Yangtze River Delta is highlight.This paper starts with the introduction of the concept and necessity of environmental logistics,and then explains the concept of regional logistics.Next,it analyzes the relationship between regional economy and environmental logistics and presents the current situation of environmental logistics and economic development in the Yangtze River Delta area.Finally,it will construct the evaluation index system of environmental logistics level and empirically analyzes the environmental logistics level of the Yangtze River Delta region for comprehensive evaluation with the fuzzy matter-element method.Finally,the paper provides effective measures for the development of environmental logistics in the Yangtze River Delta region and the development of green logistics in other regions.
