The Study On Precise Poverty Alleviation In Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County

China's poverty alleviation and development policy began in the middle of 1980 s,We have made remarkable achievements with nearly forty years of unremitting efforts.However,there are some outstanding problems in the work of poverty alleviation and development: Some places do not know the base of poverty population,the goal of poverty alleviation is not clear,targeted poverty alleviation policy is not accurate.In 2013,the CPC central committee proposed a path of targeted poverty alleviation and issued a series of policies and documents to make specific arrangements for targeted poverty alleviation work.Since then,the central committee has issued a series of policies and documents to make specific arrangements for the work of targeted poverty alleviation.The party and government at all levels have put the precise anti-poverty measures in a more prominent position,with a strong,wide and multi-level development.Further researching of targeted poverty alleviation in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County,and making countermeasures and suggestions to poverty alleviation of the county,are good for improving the work of the county's poverty alleviation,and provide references to poverty alleviation of other counties in similar conditions at the same time.In this paper,discussion,data access and data analysis are used to study the poverty alleviation and development of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the present situation of research on poverty alleviation at home and abroad,and expounds the research objectives,main contents and research methods of this paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes the precise definition of poverty alleviation and related nouns,explains the precise thought theory origin and realistic foundation for poverty alleviation,and generalizes the precision of our country poverty alleviation work role,laid the theoretical foundation of this paper.Thirdly,the present situation of precise poverty relief work in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County was analyzed,and the problems faced in the work of targeted poverty alleviation were put forward.At last,to analyze the causes of existing problems,put forward countermeasures to improve the precision poverty alleviation and development work in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County.
