Research On The Problem Of Precise Poverty Alleviation And Countermeasures In Longchuan County,Guangdong Province

Poverty is a global issue.It has a great influence on economy development and stability of the society.According to the World Bank's report in 2015—Ending Extreme Poverty and Sharing Prosperity: Progress and Policies,there were still 702 million poor people around the world,as measured by the percentage of people living on the equivalent of US$1.90 daily.China is an agricultural country with a large population and there were still 43.35 million people living in poverty by the end of 2016.This article takes Longchuan county in Guangdong province as an example.On the basis of poverty alleviation in Longchuan and the current situation of the targeted poverty alleviation in China,this article states the main problems existing in the poverty alleviation,analyzes the causes and put forward countermeasure,which has certain practical significance for improving the targeted poverty alleviation mechanism in Longchuan and plays a referential role in poverty alleviation in poor areas,especially for Guangdong province.This article includes six parts: the introductionay part is mainly about the background and significance of the research and summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant literature on the same issue.Then it defines content,method and innovation of the research.Chapter two introduces the basic concepts and theories related.This chapter focuses on the basic concepts of poverty,poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation.Besides,it expounds two theoretical foundations of targeted poverty alleviation,that's anti-poverty theory and equity theory,which are the basis of the following statements.Chapter three centers on the current situation of anti-poverty and targeted poverty alleviation in Longchuan,summing up the work of “dual arrival” and targeted poverty alleviation in the new period,emphasizing the main achievements and methods.Chapter four analyzes the problems existing in the poverty alleviation and the causes,and summarize problems,as reflected in object recognition,responsibilty implementing,measures and effects,and management mode.Chapter five puts forward some effective measures to improve the targeted poverty alleviation work in Longchuan.The last chapter is the conclusion of this article.
