With the development of the global manufacturing enterprises,technological innovation,product replacement speed,the market demand for new products to the rapid,diversified and high-quality development,the traditional project management of new product introduction meets the new challenge.Market development is changing,the opportunity fleeting,it's critical for the enterprises' growth and development how quickly and effectively the implementation of new products introduction.New product introduction has been regarded as an important strategic component of the company's growth and market share growth.The outstanding performance of new products contributes to the growth.The success of new product introduction plays a decisive role in the company's development and maintaining industry-leading position.Improvement of new product introduction project management has a certain practical significance in GST,achieving the cycle of shortening,cost reduction,both in theory,or production practice,.At the same time the article can also provide some experience for new product introduction project management of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises at home.First of all,comb and introduce new product introduction project management process of GST,and use the VSM tool to draw the current state of the company's new product introduction project management.Secondly,based on the introduction of new product import management process and VSM,based on lean thinking,from the customer's point of view of the project management process of value-added and non-value-added activities,focusing on new product introduction project management about information flow,quality control standards,delivery time,found non-value-added process,and proposed based on lean thinking.Finally,taking A product project of GST as an example,according to the fourth chapters proposed a number of improvements to achieve the new product lead-time shortening and the improvement of new product quality,and provide some reference for other enterprises to introduce new products at the same time.And through the quality document assurance,software support and other resources support,new product introduction project management can be implemented effectively.
