| In recent years,with the deepening reform and opening in China,transportation,communications and other infrastructure developed rapidly.So interregional economic exchange became more convenient and closer,mutual promotion of economic and logistics is more obvious,logistics plays a more important role in promoting regional economic.That means the regional logistics planning is of great concern.Therefore,to improve the economic strength of Huaihai Economic Zone,logistics need to play "economic development boosters",this paper will study current situation and construction hub and spoke network of logistics in Huaihai Economic Zone.A logistics network consisting of primary and secondary nodes,which is a rational layout and prominent logistics network.To build the hub and spoke logistics network in Huaihai Economic Zone,and form a logistics network with the main and secondary logistics nodes that constitute hub and spoke,the layout is reasonable and the emphasis is prominent,which can promote the logistics development and the economic development in Huaihai Economic Zone.Based on the above background and theories of previous reseach,a study has been carried out.Firstly,this paper analyzed the current situation and spatial distribution of Logistics in Huaihai Economic Zone,and concluded the problems.In this part,to introduce the logistics development Overview,evaluate logistics efficiency,analyze the spatial pattern of the logistics in Huaihai economic zone,author used several methods,such as data collection,literature review,DEA model and Moran's I index.On this basis,in order to form a more reasonable and effective logistics network system in Huaihai Economic Zone,this paper tries to build the Huaihai Economic Zone Hub-and-Spoke network on logistics,select hubs and spokes,form a more concentrated logistics circle.At last,aothor put forward related suggestions.Construction of logistics network in Huaihai economic zone by hub-and-spoke network theories has been done,some results are reached:(1)Based on the PCA(principal component analysis)and cluster analysis,the hubs of the logistics network in Huaihai economic zone is determined.They are: Xuzhou(first level),Linyi,Fuyang,Yancheng and Jining(second level);(2)According to the actual situation of Huaihai Economic Zone and Gravity Model,spokes of each hub is obtained.The detailed results are as follows: The spoke of Xuzhou are Suzhou,Shangqiu,Zaozhuang,Huaibei,Suqian.The spoke of Jining are Heze,Kaifeng,Tai'an.The spoke of Linyi are Rizhao,Laiwu.The spoke of Yancheng are Huaian,Lianyungang,The spoke of Fuyang are Bengbu,Zhoukou,Bozhou;(3)The traffic map that includes the traffic lines among hubs and spokes was drew.Based on this map,logistics corridors among hubs and spokes were analyzed,and the five logistics circles were analyzed,that contain Xuzhou,Jining,Linyi,Yancheng and Fuyang.Four suggestions which can provide ideas for logistics development in Huaihai Economic Zone are put forward. |
