With the growing desire for healthy living,Hunan black tea because of its health,health care efficiency has gradually been recognized by the public,in recent years has entered a period of rapid development.This is the black tea enterprises in Hunan,both opportunities and challenges.New enterprises to enter more and more to Yunnan Pu'er led the rapid development of the brand,making the black tea market environment more and more intense competition.Therefore,the black tea enterprises must study its internal and external environment,to develop their own business development strategy for the enterprise's benign,rapid and sustainable development escort.Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy,this paper analyzes the problems of Hunan Z black tea science and technology development company based on the analysis of a lot of literature materials and social and field research on the basis of PEST and Porter model and SWOT analysis method The internal environment and the external environment,and the impact of the development of Hunan Z black tea Technology Co.,Ltd.factors,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of classification,to build a Hunan black tea Technology Co.,Ltd.development strategy.Development strategy to put forward the overall goal: in the next five years to achieve Hunan Z black tea brand to build a well-known domestic brands;vigorously research and development of new technologies,new technology,making the level of production technology to the industry's leading technical level,to seize the black tea market share;Competitive strategy to choose: to base construction as a fundamental,to create high standards of tea;optimize the processing technology,to create sophisticated black tea products;marketing innovation,to seize the market share;establish a unique brand image,to achieve differentiated marketing,Win brand reputation;adhere to the talent strategy,the introduction of talent,personnel training,retain talent,build high-quality team.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and construct the development strategy of Hunan Z Black Tea Technology Co.,Ltd.,and to guide the development of Hunan Z Black Tea Technology Co.,Ltd.and other black tea enterprises in healthy and sustainable development.
