Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of The International Development Of Pan-China Certified Public Accountants

With the deepening of economic globalization,more and more Chinese enterprises choose to go to the international market,which creates opportunities for the internationalization of local accounting firms.At the same time,with the opening of the international market,the entry of international firms into China and the establishment of new accounting firms have intensified the competition in the domestic market,which has brought tremendous pressure to the development of local firms.It is the fierce competition for survival and development that forces local accounting firms to go abroad and to open up overseas markets.Pan-China Certified Public Accountants is one of the most experienced local accounting firms and makes some differences in internationalization,but,it is still in initial stage and there exist many challenges.In this paper,Pan-China Certified Public Accountants is chosen as the research object.The first chapter introduces the background of the development of the CPA industry,combined with Chinese and foreign research literature and the significance and methods of this study.The second chapter bases on the basic situation of Pan-China to Analyze the causes of its internationalization.The third chapter introduces the motivation of Pan-China internationalization.With the help of the Michael Porter five forces model and SWOT analysis model,the fourth chapter analysis the pressure of competition in the industry,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats that Pan-China faces in its internationalization development.In 2015,Pan-china assisted Beijing Chunli Zhengda Medical Devices Co.with IPO on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong successfully.At the new beginning,Pan-China puts forward new international development strategy.The sixth chapter is based on the above analysis and puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of its internationalization.Through discussion and analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the Pan-China internationalization development.First of all,Pan-China should do a good job in the domestic market,after a certain accumulation in China,and then gradually open up the international market.Secondly,it should attach great importance to the large audit projects,cultivate the ability of employees to diversify the business.In addition,it is also the key factor to attract international talents and train them.At the same time,strengthen their own brand culture can provide help for international development.The conclusion of this study will bring a positive and practical significance on theinternationalization of Pan-China Certified Public Accountants.
