As the main measuring instrument of electric power users,smart meters have moved to thousands of households and workers,farmers and businesses.As the largest demand user of the smart meter,State Grid Corporation plays a leading and decisive role in the development of the smart meter industry.In recent years,State Grid Corporation have invested huge investment in the construction of smart meter,and the smart meters enterprises are very competitive when they participate in the intelligent meter bidding of State Grid Corporation.How to seize the opportunity,occupy the market,make a reasonable transformation and adapt to the development is a new difficult problem for the smart meters enterprises.This article first summarizes the related research abroad and domestic,clarifies the research ideas and innovation points,and then establishes the theoretical model needed,and uses the related theories to analyze the macro environment and micro environment of the smart meters marketing strategy by using related theories,and uses the marketing 4P theory to analyze the intelligence of Yupont Company.The current product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy are analyzed in detail.Then,the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,personnel strategy and service strategy suitable for the continuous and benign development of Yupont Company are put forward.In order to make it stand out in the competition of the industry,finally occupy the market,establish the brand,the benign development,and form certain reference and borrowing significance for low voltage power equipment manufacturing and sales industry of the same industry and other electric power.
