Optimization Of State-owned Uranium Smelting Enterprise G Company's Performance Appraisal Scheme

In recent years,uranium smelting enterprises are faced with enormous challenges,and their economic benefits remain low.As a state-owned G company,which is directly engaged in the exploration and development of uranium minerals and supplies raw materials for military weapons to the country,there are many problems in the development process.The management of enterprises is the management of people in the end.Therefore,performance appraisal as a means of human management should be paid enough attention in the management of enterprises.The research object of this article is a uranium mining and metallurgy enterprise G company.First of all,it explains the theoretical basis of the connotation of performance appraisal,performance appraisal,performance appraisal dimensions,performance appraisal cycle,performance appraisal feedback and performance evaluation and the relationship between performance management in details.In that way,it can provide good theoretical foundation and guidance for the analysis and solution of the following problems.Second,it does the research,firstly,the questionnaire survey is used to investigate the employee satisfaction with the existing performance appraisal scheme.It comes to the conclusion that employee satisfaction of performance appraisal is very poor and then uses the method of structured interview to further validate the results of questionnaire survey,it summarizes out in what aspects the problems and analyzes the cause of the problems.At last,according to the nature of G company and the actual situation,it uses the performance management such as the target management,360-degree assessment method,assessment of key performance indicators to optimize and improve the original performance appraisal scheme.This paper closely around the characteristics of state-owned uranium smelting enterprise,all content is about the existing problems of G company original performance evaluation scheme,based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis to find the solution to solve the problems,it can provide design of the performance appraisal for other similar reference mining enterprises.
