Research On The Influencing Factors And Potential Evaluation Of The Development Potential Of Modern Service Industry

With the optimization and adjustment of the global industrial structure,the service industry has gradually become an indispensable driving force for economic growth,and the modern service industry,as a new service industry,will have a great impact on the economic development.Compared to the developed countries and regions,China's modern service industry is relatively backward in the development level and development time.As far as the development time is concerned,around 1970s,the service industry has been taken as the leading industry in the economic development in Europe,America and other countries.In the sixteen major reports,China first proposed to speed up the development of modern service industry.From the level of development,in some European and American countries,the proportion of modern service industry accounts for about 75%of the service industry.The ratio is only about 50%in Chain.It can be seen that the future market demand of China's modern service industry has great potential and broad development space.Modern service industry plays a prominent role in promoting economic development,solving employment problems,improving urban functions and improving the living standard of residents.Therefore,vigorously developing the service industry is crucial to the development of the manufacturing industry and the whole economy.At the same time,with the continuous optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure,the modern service industry has played an increasingly prominent role in promoting economic development.However,what factors affect the development potential of modern service industry,how to develop efficient modern service industry,how to better,more fully release and explore the development potential of modern service industry,become an urgent problem to be solved in the economic development.Aiming at the above problems,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and TOPSIS model based on the research of influencing factors,selected the data from the domestic provinces and cities along“The Belt and The Road”as the study sample,to calculate the various provinces and cities development level and development potential,through horizontal comparison,the current development level and development potential of the modern service industry in Shaanxi Province are identified.First,through consulting and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the related research results of service industry,modern service industry and development potential are summarized and analyzed comprehensively.Secondly,through consulting and combing a large number of relevant literature,the relevant factors affecting the development potential of modern service industry in the literature are extracted,summarized and remitted.In addition,combining theoretical analysis and enterprise interview,the influencing factors of the development potential of generation service industry are extracted.The main factors are screened out by Delphy method,and the main factors are divided into three categories by factor analysis method:development potential support,development potential security and demand supply potential;Then,on the basis of the analysis of the influencing factors,it follows the principle of index construction,through the literature review on the evaluation of development potential at home and abroad,combing out the relevant indicators,combining the literature analysis and expert consultation method to screen and amend the indicators,and empowered the indicators through the analytic hierarchy process,and constructed the evaluation of the development potential of the modern service industry.According to the characteristics of the evaluation index and sample data,the evaluation method of this paper is selected,and the evaluation model of the development degree and relative potential is constructed.Finally,the development status of modern service industry in Shaanxi province is analyzed from the general situation of the development of modern service industry,the internal structure and the economic effect,and then the TOPSIS method is applied to calculate and analyse the development degree and development potential of modern service industry in the domestic provinces and autonomous regions along "The Belt and The Road",and propose suggestions to improve the modern service industry development potential according to the existing circumstances of the provinces of Shaanxi province and development potential problems,formulate and implement for the development of modern service industry and related policies provide reference.Based on the optimization and adjustment of the global industrial structure,this paper measures the development potential of modern service industries in provinces and cities along the "The Belt and The Road" through the measurement of development level and development potential,and provides reference for each province to identify its own development orientation.At the same time,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the development potential of modern service industry proposed in this paper provide references for the formulation and implementation of government policies and the future development of service companies.
