Cultural tourism is a hot spot for tourism at present and in the future.It is the expectation of every customer to obtain high-quality cultural tourism experience.With the increasing competition in the global cultural tourism market,cultural tourism destinations all need to develop new marketing models and business models in order to get the chance to survive in the market."Marketing" is different from the traditional "product marketing",is based on the customer as the core,more in line with the characteristics of the service industry,so more and more scholars will use its tourism marketing research.Customer marketing is to achieve customer satisfaction as the core,to promote the marketing of spread value exchange,value,value realization,and therefore more suitable for as the theoretical support of tourism.and other service industry.In this context,the realization of customer satisfaction research has a higher theoretical value and practical significance,not only helps to enrich the customer satisfied with the existing research results,also for tourism destination managers understand the real perception of tourists,thereby increasing tourists in tourism activity provides a new marketing basis and train of thought.This paper reported a profit after set the direction of the customer satisfaction,customer classification,determination of target customers,customer perception on file,and the theoretical basis for related research for the study of cultural tourism,to customer satisfaction to achieve process theory as the core,the use of basic level as the value orientation,combining with the cultural tourism resources in shaanxi province customers perceive the utility file empirical research,analysis of cultural tourism in Shanxi Province well-known scenic spot the difference set file factors,thus developing relevant inspiration of cultural tourism in shaanxi province.First of all,this paper summarizes the factors influencing customer satisfaction from the post-setting direction,puts forward the limitations of the existing research and carries out theoretical innovation research.Second culture tourism in Shanxi Province medium environment analysis,through the deep understanding of customer perception on gear theory,on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of shaanxi cultural tourism resources,through the questionnaire survey data collection form the integrated use of fuzzy comprehensive analysis to the empirical analysis in this paper,research idea,further customer perception of shaanxi cultural tourism file thought of a clear definition of theoretical research and practical realization analysis.On the one hand,this study is based on the existing customer satisfaction studies of many scholars;on the other hand,it is different from other scholars in customer satisfaction studies from the research perspective and research thinking.In this paper,we study the formation of shaanxi tourism perception on gear maneuverability of tourists satisfaction theory and empirical analysis method,satisfied with the rich customer marketing theory has certain theoretical significance,and can in shaanxi province of tourism destination marketing and other parts of the national tourism marketing provides a new train of thought and reference significance.
