Research On Residents' Perception And Satisfaction Of Home Tourism Destinations In Ethnic Areas Under The Vision Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

In recent years,with the advent of the age of mass tourism and leisure tourism coming,home stay tourism has developed rapidly as a new development pattern in China.Most of the ethnic areas in China are located in remote mountain areas,and the economic development is backward.The poverty problem of residents is relatively prominent,but the ecological environment is good,the national culture is rich and colorful,the folk style is simple,its comfortable and leisurely rural life,natural ecological pastoral scenery and unique traditional folk houses.With the implementation of the policy of The accurate poverty alleviation of Tourism in ethnic areas,home stay tourism and rural tourism promote each other,and help the poor in industry.The efficiency of the industry is becoming more and more prominent in the fields of poverty alleviation and increasing income t.Local residents as the main part of home tourism development,can directly feel the consequences of home tourism development,which affects their attitude to home tourism development.Thus affecting their attitude to the development of home tourism.Home tourism as an important measure to lift out of poverty and achieve an overall well—off society in ethnic areas.The satisfaction of local residents plays an important role in its sustainable development.Enshi Prefecture,as a gathering area of ethnic minorities in the west of Hubei,takes tourism as a means to help the poor and people to become rich.The development of lodging industry in the whole state has brought a series of changes to the economy,social culture and environment of the residential tourism destination.The main research area of this study is the home tourism in Lichuan,Enshi Prefecture.In the perspective of precision poverty alleviation research,this paper discusses the relationship between residents' perception and satisfaction.The contents of the research are as follows:In the first,have a relatively comprehensive research about the types of residential tourism at home and abroad,the definition,at the same time summarized the impact of domestic and foreign scholars on residential tourism perception and satisfaction of the relevant research,as the theoretical support.Second,based on the theory of tourism precision poverty alleviation,social exchange theory and "anger index" theory,through the analysis of domestic and foreign tourism impact perception factors.Based on the questionnaire survey and field interviews,the author designs the residential residents' perception and satisfaction scale.Combined with the research methods of questionnaire and interview,to carry out research on perception and satisfaction of residents,tourism.Third,Using the SPPSS statistical analysis software to the data for descriptive analysis and reliability validity test,through the structural equation model theory to construct the residential perception and satisfaction model.Empirical analysis of the perception of economic development,perception of residential environment,the perception of cultural construction and residents' participation perception of the impact on the satisfaction of residents and the relationship between them.There is a discovery in Research.The perception of economic development has the most significant effect on the satisfaction of residents,followed by the perception of living environment and the perception of residents' participation.The next is the perception of the living environment and the perception of the residents.Perception of cultural construction has the weakest impact on residents' satisfaction,and there is also a mutual relationship between each perception.Finally,according to the relationship between residents' perception and satisfaction,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,In order to provide reference for the sustainable development of residential tourism,Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions,including the market as the main body,the government as the leading role to promote the economic development of lodging;Strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and further optimize the living environment of residents;Strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,Further optimize the resident's living environment;enrich the spiritual and cultural connotations of residents;and pay attention to the needs of the people's livelihood,and enhance the residents' awareness of tourism participation.
