Improvement Of ZH Company QHSE Integrated Management System

With the development of the society,the management scope of the enterprises involved is getting bigger and bigger,and there are more and more elements.In order to integrate the various management elements of the enterprise into a unified management,the QHSE integrated management system has emerged.The QHSE Integrated Management System integrates four aspects of the company:quality,health,safety,and environment into an effective overall management system that aims to achieve coordinated and unified management of enterprise systems.The system has achieved a unified management of all aspects of the company,and plays a key role in the efficient operation of the company.This article first elaborates the content of the QHSE integrated management system,then reviews the formation process of the QHSE integrated management system,and summarizes the related theories of the QHSE integrated management system.The relevant literature is systematically reviewed.On this basis,this article briefly introduced the company's background,and took the implementation of the QHSE comprehensive management system of ZH as a case study.After fully understanding the implementation status of QHSE integrated management system of ZH,it elaborated on the company's details.During the implementation of the QHSE Integrated Management System,problems such as neglected environmental protection,poor service quality,safety accidents,unqualified employee health,insufficient environmental protection,etc.,have arisen,and the company's attention to the QHSE system has been insufficient and the company has placed too much emphasis.The causes of the problem were analyzed in three aspects:economic efficiency and the imperfect supporting system of the QHSE system.The PDCA cycle theory is an important theory in management science.The core idea is to continuously improve enterprise management through planning,execution,inspection,and adjustment.Based on the core ideas of the PDCA cycle theory and the implementation steps of the QHSE system,this paper combines the issues that have arisen in implementing the QHSE integrated management system and has designed the PDCA process for quality management,the PDCA process for safety and occupational health management,and the PDCA process for environmental management.In response to the improvement strategy,the company proposed that the company should pay attention to long-term development,taking into account social and economic benefits;correctly understand the connotation of the QHSE system and establish a reasonable organizational structure;improve the QHSE system supporting system and establish standards for the implementation of the QHSE system;the company pays attention to its own social image.Perform four aspects of social responsibility safeguards.Although this article is to study the implementation of QHSE integrated management system of ZH,it also has certain practical guidance significance for other companies that implement QHSE integrated management system.
