Studying On Training Of Chemical Fertilizer And Pesticide Reduction And Enhancement Technology In Shandong Province

In order to achieve the safe,efficient and green development of agriculture proposed by the National Thirteenth Five-Year Plan,by 2020,the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides will strive to achieve zero growth.Various universities and scientific research institutions will accelerate the innovation and research and development of efficiency reduction technologies.Success will be reduced throughout the country.Technical training,and achieved some results,made some contributions to the construction of ecological agriculture in China and the quality and safety of agricultural products.However,there are still some problems in the training process.The organization and training institutions have not found the supporting transmission mechanism to effectively transmit the technology to the farmers;the training mechanism is not clear and the management system is not perfect,which makes the training effect unable to fully exert.Through research on the training of efficiency reduction technology,a comprehensive training management system has been established to improve training efficiency,and new technologies and products have been promoted.The transformation and upgrading of agriculture has been promoted,and skilled professional farmers have been cultivated.It is of great significance to revitalize the strategy and realize quality agriculture,green agriculture and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.This article takes Shandong Province as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey method,has carried on the comprehensive understanding to Shandong Province to reduce the present situation of the efficiency enhancement technology training.Firstly,the status quo of farmers' training in Shandong Province and the status quo of training for efficiency reduction technology were introduced,and problems in training were discovered.Through the typical case analysis method,further detailed understanding of the implementation of the reduction and efficiency-enhancing technology training in Moping District and Funan County in the demonstration area.The main factors that influence the willingness of farmers to participate in the reduction of efficiency training are analyzed from the three aspects of self-factors,production factors,and training factors in these two typical regions.Combining with the influencing factors found,we will carry out system construction on the basis of current training in Shandong Province,establish a supporting training system for reducing pollution and increasing efficiency,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the implementation of training for efficiency reduction and efficiency improvement so as to achieve the purpose of promoting Shandong's agricultural development.The following research findings and conclusions have been obtained:(1)Through the establishment of a logistic willingness analysis model,the factors that influence the willingness of farmers to participate in the reduction of efficiency and efficiency training techniques are analyzed and researched.It is found that the degree of education,the use of organic fertilizers,and the evaluation of training effectiveness are related to the willingness to train.There are significant impacts;in terms of whether there are concerns about new technologies,it is found that whether land transfer,the number of applications of fertilizers and pesticides,whether there are inspections of production areas,and the evaluation of training effectiveness are significant factors.It can be found that the evaluation of training effectiveness also affects the willingness of farmers to participate in training and whether there are concerns about new technologies.Training units should pay attention to farmers' evaluation of training effectiveness and improve the effectiveness of training.(2)The construction of the training system for the reduction of efficiency and efficiency shall be carried out in the following aspects: training participants ' understanding and selection,pre-training management,training implementation and management,training assessment and follow-up service,and training effectiveness evaluation,including teachers,teaching materials and trainees.The training system must be coordinated with the training content to ensure the training effect.There are two innovations in this article: One of the innovations: The training of fertilizer and pesticide reduction and efficiency enhancement techniques,and the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of farmers' participation using the Logistic model.The main influencing factors are the level of education,the use of organic fertilizer,and training.Evaluation.The second innovation is to establish a complete training system for reducing and improving efficiency,and in the course of routine training,increase the content of training effectiveness assessment and further improve the training system.
