Chemical fertilizer is an essential factor of production in agricultural production.It plays an important role in supplementing and balancing soil nutrients,improving crop yield and improving quality,and is an important material basis for ensuring food safety in China.But the long-term,large,irrational and inefficient application of fertilizer not only waste fertilizer resources,affect the increase of fertilizer utilization,but also result in a decline in economic benefits and a heavy burden on the ecological environment,which has become an important source of water and air pollution.In the background of the research on "improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer and reducing the amount of fertilizer application",that is,the "two reduction" project,the adoption intention and the behavioral benefit of the rice planting farmers on the technology of fertilizer reduction and increase efficiency are studied.These are not only the problems that the agricultural departments and experts and scholars are concerned about,but also the positive answer to the further improvement of the fertilizer reduction and synergistic technology.The problem.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,this paper combines the field investigation of Rice Planting Farmers in Shayang County of Hubei,with the help of the monitoring data of the effect of fertilizer reduction and synergistic effect on the rice fertilizer,using the methods of investigation and research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and comparative analysis method to study the willingness and behavior of farmers to adopt fertilizer reduction and increase efficiency technology,and analyze the willingness of farmers to adopt.And summed up the factors affecting the adoption of farmers as the research object,through the use of the Heckman two stage model,analyzed the willingness of farmers to adopt reducing and increasing efficiency technology and the effect of reducing and increasing efficiency technology on Farmers' family agricultural income,and introduced environmental regulation as an adjustment variable to make empirical analysis of farmers' adoption of reducing and increasing efficiency technology behavior.The first stage is Probit willingness analysis of adoption intention,and the second stage is OLS regression analysis.From the results of willingness analysis and income regression analysis,the economic benefits of reducing and increasing efficiency technology are generally low,farmers are suspicious of social benefits,and the expectation of ecological benefits is little but willing to try.In the study of behavioral performance,on the one hand,Amos theory is used to construct the theoretical framework of behavioral performance analysis to measure the impact of motivation,opportunity and ability on individual decision-making behavior.On the other hand,we still use planned behavior to conduct in-depth analysis of individual behaviornorms,behavior goals and benefits.In order to further reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer and new technology of reducing fertilizer and increasing efficiency,we will provide reference for further promotion and formulation of agricultural policy in China.
