With the development of global informationization,the development level and technological innovation of the software industry have become one of the important symbols to measure the development level of a country's science and technology.Software project team as the enterprise operation unit of software development enterprise is a typical knowledge-intensive team.Accordingly,the knowledge sharing among team members in the software project team is of great importance.However,the diversity and heterogeneity of team members is easy to induce interpersonal conflict among team members.Moreover,relationship conflict will have different effect on team knowledge sharing when it comes to different situation.Therefore,further study is needed to investigate deep mechanism between relationship conflict and knowledge sharing and to ensure what situational factors influence the mechanism above,which is of great significance for promoting the software team knowledge sharing.The existing literature indicates that the EQ of the software team project manager and the project time pressure are two important context variables that affect the relationship between conflict and knowledge sharing.Therefore,this study will reveal the impact mechanism of software project team member conflict on knowledge sharing from the perspective of corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,based on the analysis of the relevant literature and theory,this paper constructs the hypothesis model of the impact of the software project team relationship conflict on the knowledge sharing by considering the the moderating roles of project manager EQ and time pressure.Secondly,this study conducts a questionnaire survey to collect data.By employing Smart-partial least squares 3.0 to build structural equation model,the results show that project manager EQ and time pressure negatively moderates the negative relationship between relationship conflict and knowledge sharing.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of controlling and trust-oriented project governance,to restrain the conflict and promote the knowledge sharing of software project team based on the results.This research provides a reference for fostering knowledge sharing in software project development teams,which possesses both significant theoretical and practical significance. |
