Under the new normal situation of "Internet +" and the economic downturn, our country enterprise faces severe challenges. In response to the increasingly complex and changeable external environment, the establishment of astute resilience and competitiveness of group, and achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise, has been more and more enterprises will be team as an effective organization structure to support the development of the enterprise operation. Corporate research team has received the unprecedented attention, both in theory and in practice to build up a very rich team management science system. In recent years, since enterprises more and more aware of the importance of team, began to think about how to effectively integrate internal team members to the power of the individual level to get the biggest team together, such as education skills training, etc., wisdom and emotional intelligence as a new research trend, also gradually attracted the attention of more and more scholars and entrepreneurs.At present already had quite a few scholars for emotional intelligence and effectiveness of the relationship between these variables related to the work results was investigated, and the research results of a large number of theory and practice. But a careful reading of these results is not difficult to find that much of the research is just starting from the individual level analysis looked at these relationships, such as Cooper, study the leadership of the personal relationship between emotional intelligence and team effectiveness, and at the team level emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence of team and the related work study of relationship between variables are few and far between. Under the background of the theory,although have the team emotional intelligence on the basis of the emotional interaction process of the team This universal phenomenon in the world, but its specific definition and structure are likely to be because of the cultural differences and produce different results. At this stage although there have been scholars begin to construct some related theories and models, but in the particular context of Chinese culture, what team and team effectiveness is the relationship between emotional intelligence how to actually occurred, the existing theoretical model and can fully established, all these problems still need to accept more empirically. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study is to explore and validation team and team effectiveness, the relationship between emotional intelligence and exploring validation team emotional intelligence and the effectiveness of the process, to explore and validation team behavior and mood in the intermediary role between the two variables,what had happened.
