Land resource is the basic conditions for the development of human society.Coupled with its own scarcity and fixed position, its price issues are increasingly being valued by all walks of life. The price and supply of land in land market transactions dominate.Taking the three cities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example, this paper analyzes the land price and land supply status and dynamic trends in the three cities, applies grey prediction models and classic multiple regression models, and uses grey n-linear regression analysis methods for during 2009-2016,the price of land and land supply in the three cities,as well as their related resident population,GDP,real estate investment, and household savings deposit balance, were analyzed to examine the relationship between urban land prices and land supply.Provide scientific basis for the management of urban land market. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The price of land in the three cities showed between 2009 and 2016:the prices of commercial clothing, residential, industrial and integrated land in Hohhot and Baotou are on the rise, and Erdos is on the decline. The supply of land in the three cities showed a downward trend. In particular, land prices and land supply in Erdos city plummeted after 2010.(2)By selecting relevant data such as the resident population,GDP,real estate investment, and savings deposit balance of relevant influencing factors,a grey linear regression analysis method is used to analyze the comprehensive price of land and total land supply in the three cities. It is concluded that there is a significant correlation between land price and land supply in the three cities(the correlation coefficient r is close to 1).(3)The correlation between the overall price of urban land in Hohhot and the total supply is obvious only when it is consistent with the above indicators. The correlations between commercial, residential and industrial lands are negatively correlated, negatively correlated and positively correlated. In addition, the correlations between the land comprehensive price and the permanent population,GDP,real estate investment, and household savings deposit balance are positively correlated, negatively correlated, negatively correlated, and positively correlated.(4)The correlation between the comprehensive price of urban land in Baotou City and the total supply is significant, and it is even more obvious in the case of its above-mentioned factors. The correlation of commercial, residential and industrial land classification is negative correlation, positivecorrelation and negative correlation. In addition, the correlation between the comprehensive land price of the city and the resident population,GDP,real estate investment, and savings deposit balance of households is positively correlated, negatively correlated, negatively correlated, and positively correlated.(5)The correlation between the comprehensive price of urban land and total supply in Erdos City is significant, but it is more obvious in the case of its above-mentioned indicators. The correlations between commercial, residential and industrial lands are negatively correlated, positively correlated and positively correlated. The correlations between the land prices of urban areas and the resident population,GDP,real estate investment, and household savings deposit balances are negatively correlated, positively correlated, negatively correlated, and negatively correlated.(6)The economic situation in each city is different from that in the land market. When determining the relationship between the two to plan for the next step,it is necessary to first judge the economic development situation of the city and the stage of the land market. In the period of selecting data for this study,Hohhot and Baotou were urban land prices rising stage and urban land supply decreased.Erdos City is due to the decline in urban land prices and supply following the “Erdos economic phenomenon”.
