In today's fierce market competition environment,customer demand increasingly presents a trend of individuation and diversification.Only reducing production cost and enhancing own satisfaction,the enterprise continuously improves satisfaction of customer.It can construct its unique competitive advantage.Many factors affect the satisfaction of managers and customers.However,managers are most concerned about the completion time related to the production cost and customers are most concerned about whether the products can deliver on time in the process of production.As a multi-variety and small-batch production mode,virtual cell manufacturing system often faces many problems,such as product variety,complex process path,particularity of customer demand and so on,which leads to the processing time,completion time and due date of the product uncertainty and advanced or delayed completion of the product.For managers,completion time need to be controled within a reasonable time window to ensure timely due date without additional costs;for customers,delivery times need to be kept within a reasonable range of fluctuations.In order to ensure that the next production plan carries out smoothly without increasing customer cost,otherwise,the advanced and delayed completion and due date will affect the satisfaction of managers and customers,and bring losses to enterprises and customers.Therefore,it is necessary to consider manager's satisfaction and customer's satisfaction in production system.New orders arriving as one of the most common disturbed events in virtual cell directly or indirectly affect on the feasibility of initial scheme and affect the degree of satisfaction.Considering that managers and customers are the stakeholders of production systems,their objectives are often conflicting,so it is necessary to seek a production scheduling plan that takes into account the satisfaction of both to deal with the disturbance of new orders.Therefore,this paper discusses from building satisfaction models of manager and customer and rescheduling model considering overall satisfaction.In the construction of manager's satisfaction model and customer's satisfaction model,the degree of satisfaction is difficult to represent by concrete or exact numbers and it has the feature of fuzziness.The concept of fuzzy membership can use to establish satisfaction function.Compared with triangular fuzzy number,six-point fuzzy number is more complete on the reflection of the characteristics of fuzzy change.The trapezoidal fuzzy number is more in line with the production practice than the semi-trapezoidal fuzzy number,which combines the advance and delay.In this paper,processing time and completion time are expressed by six-point fuzzy number,due date is expressed by trapezoidal fuzzy number.Satisfaction of managers relates to the completion time directly.By comparing the equivalent completion time after defuzzification with the membership function of six-point fuzzy completion,the manager's satisfaction function can obtain.The customers are concerned about the due date of the job.The customer's satisfaction is obtained by combining the equivalent completion time of defuzzification with the membership function of trapezoidal fuzzy due date.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,a scheduling model builds with the goal of the maximum average satisfaction of the manager and the average due date satisfaction of customer.Through the example analysis,the genetic algorithm uses to generate the optimal scheduling scheme.At the same time,the stability evaluation index is established.Compared with the triangular fuzzy number and the semi-trapezoidal fuzzy number,the satisfaction model presented in this paper is more stable.In the aspect of virtual cell rescheduling,with new orders arriving as the interference event,the objectives between the manager and customer are often conflicting,which is shown by the fact that the manager will increase the cost by rushing or changing priorities to deal with the interference.The productive customer will affect the next production due to the delay of the product.In order to deal with the problem of the decline of manager's and customer's satisfaction caused by the disturbance of new orders,this paper constructs a rescheduling model with the goal of overall satisfaction of both managers and customers in the way of linear weighting and seeks the optimal scheduling scheme.Considering that rescheduling occurs frequently,it will reduce the stability of production system and lead to the phenomenon of "neuroticism".From the point of view of production cost,this paper judges the rescheduling time as the criterion of the advanced completion time and the deviation of the starting processing time of job caused by rescheduling.Genetic Particle Swarm Optimization(GPSO)algorithm designs to solve the model to obtain a rescheduling scheme that takes account of both manager's satisfaction and customer's satisfaction.In this paper,the manager's and customer's satisfaction model and the virtual cell rescheduling method considering the overall satisfaction applies to an actual shipbuilding enterprise.A more reasonable scheduling scheme puts forward for the enterprises.In the pursuit of customer's satisfaction,based on the actual situation and cost considerations,a win-win scheduling scheme is formulated that pursuit of the market and their own needs.
