Under the influence of the rapid economic development,people's living standard has greatly changed.People no longer pursue the quantity of cold chain products alone,but have higher pursuing of the quality of cold chain products.On the one hand,the quality of cold chain products is influenced by temperature and humidity factors in the external environment,it is easy to deteriorate and short the service life of products;on the other hand,due to consumer demand for cold chain products showing a variety of features,single temperature mass distribution mode is no longer suitable for the new market environment.This requires cold chain logistics enterprises to improve the logistics delivery system,and ensure that the distribution of cold chain products meeting consumer demand.Because of the cold chain goods distribution problems still exist high cost and serious losses,that will increase prices for consumers,and the cold chain distribution center plays an important role in solving goods distribution management and follow-up service,so the distribution center location selection of logistics system operation has important strategic significance.In addition,the logistics enterprises can break in the distribution technology,developed by Taiwan Research Institution;the multi-temperature distribution technology has great advantage in ensuring the quality of the cold chain and improving service satisfaction.Therefore,we choose cold-storage multi-temperature joint distribution as the research object,the relationship between upstream suppliers,logistics system of distribution in the middle and downstream customers distribution center node as perspective to optimizing system.In order to study the cold-storage multi-temperature joint distribution optimization problems under the virtual connection point first of all,we first considerate the cost of vehicles,the distribution process of insulation box cost,carbon tax cost and customer satisfaction of distribution center.And aiming to minimize the total cost of the distribution system and maximize the customer satisfaction as the double goal,we establish cold storage multi type with a total optimization model of distribution center location model;secondly,considerate the condition of re optimization of distribution path under the virtual access point;finally,the genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)and Ant colony algorithm are designed to verify the correctness and validity of the model established.The conclusions of this study can provide practical theory and method for the distribution business of cold chain logistics enterprises in china.
