With the transformation and upgrading of domestic home shopping malls,Red Star McLaren,as the leading domestic large-scale home shopping chain shopping mall operator,is currently facing the challenge of IPO initial listing.Meanwhile,traditional home shopping malls face transformational development,and companies are facing how to maintain revenue.Without going down,it is possible to make breakthroughs in this adversity.The focus of the Dongguan shopping mall lies on the key test of how to maintain the satisfaction of existing tenants.Due to the lack of long-term business planning during the early stage of investment promotion,the lack of main store functions,the lack of medium-term marketing promotion,and the lack of unified operation management,property management,and insufficient services in the later stage of operation management stage.This in turn has brought about three adverse effects,including damaging the image of the company,lowering the level of rent,and further reducing the profitability of the company.Based on the analysis of the above reasons,this paper proposes the countermeasures and solutions for improving the satisfaction of the Red Star Meikailong Dongguan mall tenants,which correspond to the above-mentioned nodes in the early,middle and late periods.Through improving the previous investment promotion,improving the mid-term management,and improving the post-operational management,in the early and mid-term,eight sub-aspects were proposed in detail,including strengthening the second investment promotion,optimizing the allocation,adjusting the layout,attracting popularity,and improving brand influence.Strengthen marketing promotion,improve rents,improve services,etc.,further subdivided specific solutions;in the latter stage,it put forward specific solutions for unified operation management and strengthening of property management and services.Through the above measures,effective Targetedly solved the problem of the decline in the satisfaction of the Red Star Meikailong Dongguan project tenants.At the end of the thesis,summarizing the above-mentioned work of the paper,the research results of this paper not only provided valuable support for the Redstar Meikailong Dongguan project,but also provided a full-process solution that can be referenced for the majority of home projects,and further proposed Possible breakthroughs for future research.
