| Under the current situation of big economic environment,our country is a developing country,domestic financial institutions are an important source of funds for economic development in our country.In the current situation of rapidly expanding economic system,financial internationalization is gradually being achieved.At the same time,our country is constantly strengthening the reform of financial system and realizing a new opening to the outside world.In a certain way,we need to accept the competition which has become more and more hot under the domestic environment,and in another way,many foreign banks have also made a strong impact on our country's banking industry and gradually invaded the Chinese market.If the overall comprehensive management performance of our country's banking sector can not be effectively improved,that is,overall competitiveness can not be raised,obviously,our country's banking sector can not develop healthily and healthily,even will face more factors that do not contribute to financial stability.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the operating environment of our country's bank's efficiency from the whole and objective,dig deep into the various problems in the process of our country's bank's operation,and put forward a scientific and reasonable solution that can make our country's commercial bank's performance improve,finally let our country's commercial bank stand firm in the increasingly fierce market competition.Therefore,it is a very meaningful work to study in detail the mutual influence and relationship between the comprehensive performance of our country's banks and the equity organization structure,now that the reform is generally promoted and strengthened in our country's banks and the capital market continues to expand.In this paper,the current situation and results of research on the issue at home and abroad are first analyzed and summarized,and it can be seen that the research and analysis of equity structure and business performance of foreign researchers started earlier,from qualitative analysis to empirical analysis.However,the domestic analysis of the bank's equity structure and management performance started late,and the corresponding conclusions are also different due to the different selected indicators.This paper mainly analyzes the impact of the bank's equity structure and performance from three aspects,namely,equity attributes,equity concentration,and equity balance.In order to analyze the impact of equity structure on business performance more clearly and effectively,this paper further subdivides the equity concentration into the overall equity concentration and the equity concentration in the tradable shares,and due to the completion of the reform of the equity structure of banks in China,Therefore,the analysis of equity attributes is mainly focused on tradable shares,and the analysis of state-owned shares and legal person shares is less.In this paper,a total of 16 listed banks of the above stock exchange and the Shenzhen stock exchange are used as research samples,and their relevant data from 2012 to 2016 are selected.With reference to the research and analysis results of domestic and foreign scholars,the article mainly adopts statistical analysis,factor analysis,and correlation analysis.The empirical analysis of listed banks in China is based on the bank data taken.This paper concludes that starting from the relationship between the comprehensive performance of listed banks in our country and the influence of the equity structure on each other,we seek out the areas to be optimized for the equity organization structure of listed banks in our country,and improve the internal management system of the company by optimizing the equity nature.To pursue the construction of a scientific,effective commercial bank governance of the property rights base. |
