| As an important carrier of competition between international cities,the national center city has become the core driving force for the modern economic reform and development between countries.The strength of economic radiation directly determines whether the economy of its central city and surrounding area can continue to develop rapidly.Zhengzhou in February 2017,became a national central city as the capital of henan province,the core city zhongyuan urban agglomeration,an important center city of central China,the geographical position is superior,transportation,logistics convenience,rich in natural resources,has a long history of culture,the construction of national central city has good prospects and great potential for development;However,there are problems such as low total economic development,weak concentration of high-end factors,low level of openness,weak regional radiation and so on.In this paper,in the perspective of national center city,with zhengzhou as the research target,economic radiation as the research content,principal component analysis(pca)is applied to estimate the comprehensive ranking of zhengzhou radiation,through calculating the radiation scope breaking point model,further with field strength formula calculating the radiation of zhengzhou at breaking point size,a thorough understanding of zhengzhou economic radiation power degree,points out the factors restricting the economic radiation of zhengzhou,targeted pointed out that improving the related countermeasures and Suggestions of zhengzhou economic radiation,It is conducive to improving the radiation intensity and development level of zhengzhou construction national center city,and promoting the coordinated and stable development of the central and western regions.First of all,this paper defines and elaborates the concept and related theories of national center city and economic radiation force in the study of zhengzhou economic radiation force in the background of national center city policy.This paper summarizes the research status of national center cities and economic radiation forces by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Secondly,from the natural resources,the industrial structure,population development and employment of the people's livelihood,storage and consumption,science and technology education,transportation,culture,tourism and import and export,fiscal expenditure,the urban construction and environmental aspects of a comprehensive understanding of zhengzhou economic status quo,radiation.Again,from the Angle of radiation sources and radiation flow two selected comparability with the zhengzhou city in level,scale,function of 14 cities(Beijing,tianjin,Shanghai,guangzhou,chongqing,chengdu,wuhan,jinan,nanjing,hefei,xi 'an,taiyuan,shijiazhuang,zhengzhou)of samples could be divided into level of economic development,urban economic radiation level of city scale,technology strength level,level of opening to the outside world,the informationization degree,traffic in six aspects,17 related indicators are selected,using principal component analysis(pca)to establish comprehensive evaluation index system of urban economic radiation,it is concluded that urban economic radiation five principal components and composite scores and rankings.According to the results,the scores of zhengzhou in the five main components are-0.789,0.0338,0.629,-0.195 and-0.708 respectively.The ranking of the 14 cities studied was 10 th,4th,5th,10 th and 13 th respectively.Namely,zhengzhou has a certain advantage in the scale of urban development and asset investment.Other economic development level,science and technology development level,the level of opening to the outside world has certain disadvantage,its main component score is negative below average level;The comprehensive score of zhengzhou economic radiation force is-0.399,ranking ninth,and the comprehensive economic radiation force is below average.Then,the fracture point model is used to define the economic radiation range of zhengzhou,and the radiation force of zhengzhou at the breaking point is calculated by using the field strength formula.From the formula of breaking point to calculate the distance between zhengzhou and each fracture point,the distance between zhengzhou and nanjing is the longest,indicating that its economic radiation range is long and its economic radiation ability is strong.Comparing the distance between the breaking point of zhengzhou to nanjing and the distance between two cities,the economic radiation distance is less than half of the distance between the two cities.In terms of economic radiation ability,nanjing has a stronger economic radiation force than zhengzhou.Also,hefei,wuhan city has a strong economic radiation range;For xi 'an,taiyuan,shijiazhuang,jinan,four cities of zhengzhou economic radiation scope is greater than the half of the distance between the two cities,the scope of economic radiation in comparison of zhengzhou has a strong ability of economic radiation.Then,according to the size of field intensity of zhengzhou at breaking point can be seen that the field intensity of zhengzhou in shijiazhuang city is the largest,show that zhengzhou in shijiazhuang economic radiation most aggressive,further radiation energy maximum;Second,jinan,taiyuan and xi 'an;Compared with hefei,wuhan and nanjing,because the comprehensive economic development level of these three cities is relatively strong,they are strong.Zhengzhou has a small field strength at the breaking point of the three cities,so the economic radiation force of zhengzhou on hefei,wuhan and nanjing at the breaking point is less than that of other places.Finally,according to the empirical study conclusion,combined with the economic and social development in zhengzhou and other cities surrounding the economic radiation ability,analysis of zhengzhou total economic development deficiencies,unreasonable industrial structure,technological innovation ability insufficiency,the degree of opening to the outside world is relatively high,obvious environmental problems and restricting factors such as traffic congestion phenomenon obviously.Finally,in order to promote the economic radiation of zhengzhou city as a national central city ability is put forward to promote the sustainable development of the economy,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,expanding opening to the outside
