In the organization,the interaction between members of the attitude determinesinteractive relationship.If the relationship between the members is destructed,when the organization encounter a problem,the resources can not be timely flow for solving problem because of the poor relationship.While the gongxun behavior in the daily communication can make the members maintain and consolidate the relationship.When organizations encounter problems,good interpersonal relationship can enhance organizational resilience.It will enable organizations quickly return to the running state of the original and become long stable operation.From the level of daily organization activities,this study deeply understands the behavior of gongxun in the process of employee interaction.And from the micro level,probes into how Gongxun shapes the intrinsic behavior mechanism of organizational resilience.This paper uses qualitative research methods.As an intern,the researchers talk to the enterprise managers and employees.And then,I will observe the interaction between the employees and record research content.In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the data,we collect data of three multi resource angle verification and use the inductive analysis method for data processing so as to explore how the relationship between submissive behavior increase and achieve organizational resilience by Nvivo11.0.The study found that:1,The flow and accumulation of resources require good interpersonal relationships.Respect maintains and consolidates the relationship between the two sides through the behaviors of "giving face" and "returning human feelings".Modesty,on the other hand,molds and enhances the relationship through the act of "giving face" and "owe the human feelings." 2,Good relationship can make the resource flow and accumulation.The respect behavior which help others and care for the others can solve problem by taking the initiative to share their experiences and flowing of resources.And humble behavior which learn from others can make the experience summary.And accumulation to facilitate can share when the next crisis occurs.In a word,respectful and humble will enable resources to flow when the crisis occurs and accumulate resources for the next flow after the crisis is solved.So the dynamic cycle formed will increase the resilience of the organization.From the process of daily communication,this paper probes into how the behavior of submissive behavior promotes organizational resilience,which is helpful to guide the organization to follow the traditional Chinese culture behavior in the process of dailycommunication.and enable the members of the organization to pay attention to the importance of the relationship between the two sides during the process of communication,so that members can strive to maintain and enhance the relationship between the two sides during the process of interaction.At the same time,it also provides a new idea for the enterprise to return to normal operation state and develop for a long time in the turbulent environment.
