With the development of society and the continuous advancement of technology,companies must innovate in order to keep pace with the times and remain competitive.As the basic unit of the enterprise,employees are an important resource of the organization and the key to the development of the enterprise activities.Therefore,how to motivate employees' creativity and promote their innovative behavior is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The influence of the leader's style on the employee's innovative behavior has always been an important topic for many scholars.In the Chinese cultural background,the benevolent leadership is a constructive leadership style and is deeply loved by the subordinates.In addition to the need for leaders to play a driving role,in an environment where innovation is increasingly becoming an important competitive force,how to motivate employees' innovative behavior requires more advice from all employees.As the main object of the proposal,the leadership will make corresponding rewards and punishments for the employees' suggestions,and the leadership style is also an important indicator that affects the employees' behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between benevolent leadership,voice behavior and innovative behavior.Based on social exchange theory,this study explores the influence mechanism of benevolent leadership on innovative behavior,and explores the influence of the Mianzi on the whole process.First of all,this paper reviews the relationship between variables,and puts forward research hypotheses and models by reviewing the related literatures of benevolent leadership,voice behavior,innovative behavior and Mianzi.Secondly,376 questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey,and SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for factor analysis,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.The results were verified:(1)The benevolent leadership has significant positive effects on innovative behavior.(2)The benevolent leadership has significant positive effects on the voice behavior;(3)Voice behavior has significant positive effects on the innovative behavior;(4)The vocie behavior plays a mediating role between the benevolent leadership and the innovative behavior;(5)Miazi and its dimensions(Save Mianzi,Afraid of Losing Mianzi)enhance the effect of benevolent leadership on innovative behavior;(6)Mianzi and Save Mianzi enhance the effect of the vocie behavior on the innovative behavior,and Save Mianzi moderated the mediated relationship through voice behavior.Finally,based on the results of this study and Chinese cultural background,we made a number of recommendations to enhance employee's innovative behaviors,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for business management process.
