Reaserch On Optimization Of Ningxia Logistics Industry Policy In The Background Of "The Belt And Road"

Being the soft structure of the system,logistic policy aims to provide an ideal environment and policy support for the sustainable and healthy development of modern logistic system.In recent years,having been fully aware of the importance of logistics on promoting national economic development,the Communist Party of China(CPC)Ningxia committee and the provincial government have paid high attention to logistic development,have carried out policies and measures issued by central government and relative ministries and have released supportive local policies accordingly.However,problems of the existing policies of Ningxia logistics development remain to be addressed in the fields of administration,market management and policy implementation.Since the launch of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road development strategy(Belt and Road Initiative),the structure of international trade has undergoing continuous changes.As the bilateral trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road continues to grow,so will the logistic volume.The support from a more efficient,convenient and smooth international logistic system is in need.Covering 26 countries and regions with 4.4 billion population,which accounts for 63% of global population,the Belt and Road initiative forms the longest economic corridor with the greatest development potential,bringing out tremendous market potential in China and boosting global demand of logistics.As a business pivot which must be passed by on the ancient silk road,Ningxia has taken the frontier of national westward opening-up since the issuing of Belt and Road initiative.Nevertheless,the logistic development in Ningxia remains at its primary stage with simple form,low quality service,inadequate railway,road and aviation infrastructure.The current logistic system depends weightily on heavy industry;the transportation fee is relatively high while the company profit-making ability is relatively low.Meanwhile,logistic parks lack a holistic planning,resulting in structural contradictions.Therefore,based on the research of current logistic policy environment and analysis of Ningxia logistic development,this thesis aims to propose policies reflecting both national logistic policies and the characteristics,development direction and status quo of Ningxia logistic industry,and to serve as a reference for logistic development of Ningxia.
