With the implementation of New Labor Contract Law protects the interests of the general employees on the legal level,it also brings considerable pressure to companies' system and management.Therefore,a large number of companies take more of less measures to evade the New Labor Contract Law.This paper studies how these measures perceived by employees influence their psychology and performance,an issue important but ignored in domestic researches.Therefore,the research chooses the employees in enterprise of southern China as the research object.We try to build a model among employees' perception of evading the Labor Contract Law in the organization;psychological contract and turnover intention.After doing the literature research,we clarify the exiting research about employees' perception of evading the Labor Contract Law in the organization;psychological contract and turnover intention.We clearly defined the concept of the three variables,and propose research hypothesizes based on the exiting researches.In our research model,employees' perception of evading the Labor Contract Law in the organization as an independent variable,psychological contract as a dependent variable,turnover intention as a mediator variable.We have found that:(1)Employees' perception of evading the Labor Contract Law in the organization has positive impact on turnover intention;(2)Employees' perception of evading the Labor Contract Law in the organization hasnegative impact on psychological contract;(3)Psychological contracthasnegative impact on turnover intention;(4)Psychological contract plays a total mediating role in the relationship between the perception of evading the Labor Contract Law in the organization and turnover intention.The research can further clarify the inter-relationship between collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior.It can reveal how to improve employee change supportive behavior through individuals and environment.
