In the process of continuous development and upgrading of the national economy and industrial structure,how to meet the opportunities and overcome the challenges? Among them,the personnel occupy a very important role in enterprise development,enterprises should constantly recruit,update,fresh blood,also want to arouse the enthusiasm of employees work,and develop staff's creativity,to guarantee enterprise in developing overcome difficulties,create more value.Staff training is to achieve the most effective way to enhance talents and talents update,but due to the enterprise's management idea is confined to the traditional concept,the lack of attention to employee training,training system is imperfect,the lack of training teachers,training system design is not science and so on reasons,resulting in training cannot reach the expected effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a perfect employee training program to realize sustainable development of enterprises and employees.In this paper,the representative of the private real estate enterprise,ZC Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.,is the first to discuss the existing problems in the training of human resources.By means of qualitative and quantitative methods such as literature research and questionnaire,the present staff training system and training status of ZC Real Estate Company are investigated and investigated,and a full hand information is mastered to find out the problems and shortcomings of the current staff training.Secondly,according to the development strategy of ZC Real Estate Company,and combining with the existing staff training system,taking training content practicality as the basic point and training demand as the breakthrough point,it designs the training purpose,training object,training lecturer,training form,training content,assessment method and training time.Training program.From the aspects of training mode selection,training instructor management and training needs,this paper focuses on the specific implementation measures of employee training program.Thirdly,a reasonable and effective evaluation method of training effectiveness is given by field evaluation,test comparison and questionnaire survey.We should correct theunqualified training,find out the mistakes in time,keep and carry forward the bright spots in the training work,and make the better the training work in accordance with the principle of continuous improvement of the quality of training.Finally,it elaborates the specific safeguard measures for training plan implementation.From the aspects of enterprise culture construction,training work propaganda and training funds implementation,this paper gives the reasonable suggestions for the implementation of the safeguard measures to make the training program take root and make the training effect more obvious.The improvement measures and suggestions put forward in this paper can also provide references for other similar Real Estate Company.
