In the background of knowledge economy,the society has entered a new era with knowledge as the carrier.The competition among enterprises has gradually evolved from the traditional mode of product competition and capital competition to the competition of talents.At the same time,the rapid development of technology,the continuous strengthening of the structure of knowledge based talents,but also makes the development and training of human resources has gradually become the core content of human resource management in modern enterprises.Talent development and training is the basis for the formation of the internal mechanism of the formation of the enterprise,it is the fundamental guarantee for the enterprise business development and corporate culture cohesion,brand building a strong way.Baoneng Real Estate Company is a major industry with integrated property development as its main business,more than 1600 employees,in Beijing,Tianjin and other 19 cities with item company,11 directly under the project department in Shenzhen.The training of the staff has become a system,based on training,supplemented by external training,various training programs are different,but also the lack of systematic and objective availability.This thesis in the overview of the enterprise staff training related principle,theory and method based on and analysis of the treasure to the status quo and problems of the real estate company human resources development and staff training;and combining the enterprise strategy goal,based on the analysis of training needs survey and investigation data,starting from the many dimensions of organizational level,business demand level,individual level design is complete and has certain feasibility of treasure to estate company staff annual training plan.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of the research.The second part summarizes the related theories of employee training,and introduces the methods of training needs.In the third part,the present situation and the main problems of the staff training in the real estate company are summarized.The fourth part is one of the main contents of the paper;the training needs survey data for statistical analysis,and then summarizes the main conclusions of the survey.On the basis of survey data analysis,the fifth part completed the overall design of the training program of the company's employees.The sixth part summarizes the main conclusions of the paper,and prospects for the next research direction.
