Research On The Development Strategy Of Chinese Urban Rail Vehicle Industry Based On Industrial Cluster View

The cluster development of urban rail transit industry plays a very important role in the development of regional economy and the sustainable development of society.With the rapid development of urbanization in China in recent years,the population has soared,and the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,which seriously restricts the development of the city.The urban rail transit is an important way to solve the urban traffic problems because of its advantages such as fast speed,large volume,low energy consumption and small occupation of land.Therefore,Chinese urban rail transit vehicle industry is now facing an opportunity of great development.At present,in order to optimize the urban rail vehicle industry chain and promote its rapid development,the government has introduced a series of policies to encourage the development of urban rail vehicle industry cluster.In the future,the urban rail vehicle industry cluster effect will become visible.Based on the theory of industrial cluster,this paper discusses the development strategy of Chinese urban rail transit vehicle industry,which has a very positive significance for Chinese urban rail vehicle industry.It can reveal the problems which are existing in the development of industrial clusters.This is conducive to the development of strategic planning and countermeasures.It not only enriches the theory of strategic management and industrial economics,but also provide a reference and decision-making basis for the government to formulate the corresponding policy of industrial development.It has important strategic significance for the industrial development of city rail transit vehicles.This paper from the perspective of industrial cluster analyses Chinese urban rail vehicle industry.According to the theory of industrial cluster and industry chain,this paper first analyzes urban rail vehicle industry at home and abroad and the degree of concentration.On this basis,the current industrial policy environment,economic environment,market environment and technical environment is elaborated from two angles of macroscopic and microcosmic.Then,according the establishment of urban rail vehicle industry cluster development evaluation system,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of major industry clusters in China.Finally,after analysis of the main problems which are faced by Chinese urban rail vehicle industry cluster.This paper put forward the strategic development path and the measures according to Chinese national conditions to provide reliable theoretical basis for further upgrading of industrial city rail transit vehicle in China.
