The Industry Development Strategy Of Urban Rail Transit Vehicles In China

China's urban rail transit vehicle industry has gone through nearly a hundred years of development history, especially since the founding of New China. As a national critical infrastructure, national economic arteries and mass transport, urban rail transit vehicles has become one of the most important mode of transport for China with its high speed, large volume, energy province, and less area. China's rapid economic development and the acceleration of urbanization, in varying degrees for the vehicles of urban rail transit industry, Therefore, urban rail transit vehicles for effective industrial development strategy, that the current vehicle of urban rail transit industry's strengths and weaknesses, For the Government to formulate appropriate policies for industrial development to provide reference and decision-making basis for the development of accurate and objective scientific basis for the development of strategies, is of great research significance.This article based on the theory of regional industrial competitiveness theory, industrial collaboration theory and the industrial cluster theory. First, the article analyzes the international and China's urban rail transit vehicle industry, introduces the current major manufacturer's fundamentals of urban rail transit vehicle. The paper then analyzes the development environment of urban rail transit vehicle industry from the macro and micro aspects. With the analysis of macro and micro impact, this paper presents the factors affecting of the development of urban rail transit vehicles. These factors include the level of technology constraints, business management constraints, capacity constraints personnel constraints and domestic product development constraints. Finally, this paper presents the strategic objectives, strategic path and the corresponding strategic measures which adapt to the development of the urban rail vehicle industry. This can provide the reliable theoretical basis for the further development of t the urban rail vehicle industry.
