Bank increasingly competitive with the rapid economic development,and lead to the banks must have to face the increasingly difficult risks and challenges posed by society.In order to stand out from the competition among the major banks,banks all make motivating employees by focusing on employee performance appraisal,Continuously improve the performance level of each level of employees in the entire banking system by managing the incentive of employee competition to improve the competitiveness of banks in the competition in a dominant position and to promote the bank to achieve development strategy.With the purpose to better achieve performance appraisal,major banks all develop their own staff performance appraisal system.This article is mainly use the project scope management of the theoretical knowledge to complete the XX bank performance appraisal system upgrade management,firstly define the content of the project through project scope management,and then assess the workload of the follow-up development plan to provide data support,so as to support the successful completion of the XX Bank project.The scope of this paper is mainly related to management:(1)Start-up phase: according to XX Bank performance appraisal system to upgrade the content and the overall structure to plan demand for demand approval,(2)Scope planning: describe the scope of the XX Bank Performance Assessment System to provide basic conditions for future projects,including,inter alia,criteria for determining whether a project or stage has been successfully completed,(3)The scope of the definition: decomposition of the main work of the performance appraisal system for each module of the sub-module,so that the work content into smaller,more manageable,operational things,make the work easier to operate,the division of responsibilities more clearly,(4)Scope Approved: The process of formalizing the scope of the project through the actions of project leaders,clients and developers.This process requires a review of production work and production results to ensure that all projects will make accurately and satisfactorily,(5)Scope change control: analyze the factors that contribute to the change in the project and make these factors as beneficial as possible.Through the analysis of this article,for the XX bank performance appraisal systemto upgrade the scope of the project management summary project scope management needs to project demand-oriented,project scope management should focus on communication management,optimize the work structure to facilitate the project manager to control the intermediate results,strict control project changes,Fine management and project scope management system for project scope management experience,providing management experience for subsequent software project development.
