Research On Comprehensive Ability Evaluation Of Intelligent Manufacturing In Shandong Province

With the innovation and development of high-tech information technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and big data,intelligent manufacturing has already become the internal demand for the re-development of the real economy in the world,and it is also the only way for China to achieve transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Shandong Province has always adhered to the path of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics and actively responded to the development plan of the country's “Made in China 2025” and revitalized the real economy.This study establishes a intelligent create volume comprehensive reviews system.at the macro level to provide an objective and accurate assessment of the level of intelligent manufacturing in Shandong Province.Based on intelligent manufacturing related theory and practical research,three levels of evaluation indicators for intelligent manufacturing support environment,intelligent manufacturing integrated applications,and intelligent manufacturing benefit performance were established,and six corresponding secondary evaluation indicators were summarized,combining with the influencing factors of intelligent manufacturing,we initially obtained 33 three-level evaluation indicators,and reduced the redundancy among the data through factor analysis methods,and screened out 15 representative three-level evaluation indicators so as to make the analysis results more accurate.According to the selected evaluation index,the evaluation index system of intelligent manufacturing comprehensive ability was established,and the maturity level model applicable to its evaluation system was established based on the intelligent manufacturing development mechanism and related research results.Through comprehensive research on intelligent manufacturing in Shandong Province,apply the comprehensive evaluation method to calculate and analyze the data of the 30 provinces in 2016,and get the index of the level of the comprehensive ability of intelligent manufacturing in 30 provinces across the country,through the grey correlation method,the development trend of the intelligent manufacturing comprehensive capacity level in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2016 was obtained.From the above analysis,it can be concluded that the overall index of the level of smart manufacturing in ShandongProvince is 57.6782,the level of intelligent manufacturing comprehensive ability is in the middle and upper part of the country,and it is in the pre-adaptation stage of maturity level,in comparison with Guangdong Province,Zhejiang Province,and Henan Province,it is found that Shandong Province's intelligent manufacturing support environment and the construction of information application subject have deficiencies,and it is still necessary to increase support and increase personnel training,in the period from 2012 to2016,the level of intelligent manufacturing comprehensive ability has been steadily increasing.
