With the rapid development of e-commerce and smart retail,clothing purchase channels have become diversified,mobilized,socialized,and fragmented,and the retail model has already entered the omni-channel mode.As a new retail model,the omni-channel has broken through the drawbacks of the original apparel companies,provided a more seamless shopping experience to meet consumers' online,offline,mobile and other omni-directional channels,broadening the apparel consumer market,but at the same time,how catering to the new clothing consumer market has become a common problem faced by all apparel companies,and the omni-channel model has put forward new requirements for collaborative integration and rapid response of the clothing supply chain.Based on the theory of supply chain collaboration and omni-channel model,constructing the supply chain's overall collaborative management model in the clothing supply chain based on SCOR process,and using cloud computing as the technical support,in-depth research the collaborative strategy for all aspects of the supply chain under the omni-channel model,to build a collaborative management system on procurement,production,distribution and retail.Based on the key factors of the omni-channel supply chain collaboration and Likert scale,to identify and determine the performance evaluation system of omni-channel model supply chain on five dimensions,include finance,business performance,information sharing,customer satisfaction,and systemic indicators,then determining the weight of each index.It will provide operational reference for apparel companies to implement the omni-channel model.Finally,apply this evaluation system to H apparel companies and analyze example applications.
