Research On The Financial Management Mode Of Logistics Enterprises Under "Internet +"

The "Internet+" model was officially planned and proposed by the Chinese govenment in 2015.After that,with the policy support,the "Internet+" has integrated into various major industries of China.In the wave of Internet,an increasing number of industries have been driven by the Internet to march toward a new development phase.In the context that"Internet+" has developed rapidly,logistics companies have been constantly fusing and colliding with the "Internet+",to develop towards diversification.Under such a development trend,the logistics industry has produced new demands for financial management.The effective implementation of the financial management model in a company can produce a profound impact on management decision-making of this company.Since the existing financial management model of logistics companies can no longer satisfy the development demands of logistics companies,logistics companies should improve their existing financial management model,to make the model accord with the current development of the companies.Therefore,optimizing the financial management model of logistics companies is a specific focus of research in the present-day development context.In this paper,the financial management model of logistics companies in the "Internet+"context is selected as the research object.In this research,relevant theoretical knowledge and concepts are elaborated in details,to define the relationship between the financial management model and financial management.Moreover,an introduction is made to the classification of logistics companies according to the traditional classification standards.On this basis,logistics companies are re-classified into various types,in the new development context of the"Internet+".Before in-depth research is made on optimizing the financial management model of logistics companies in the "Internet+" context,it is essential to give full consideration to development demands of the logistics companies in the "Internet+" context and develop an optimized solution satisfying the development demands.Therefore,the current development situation of logistics companies in the new development context is discussed,in this paper.According to results of many-sided analyses,in the "Internet+" context,logistics companies face fiercer industry competitions,intelligentization and other facts.Under such a context,logistics companies have produced urgent demands for the effectiveness of financial management and the capability to improve the company competitiveness and other aspects.In their past development,logistics companies were presented with loose capital management,great difficulty in financing,delayed updating of financial information and other problems.In view of logistics companies' actual demands for financial management in the "Internet +"context and their past development,this paper analyzes problems in the existing financial management model of logistics companies from two aspects,and combines with theoretical research on the financial management model and the idea of flexible financial management model to optimize the financial management model of logistics companies in the new context from three aspects:comprehensive budget management,financial process integration and new-type financial sharing.
