M’s Logistics Management Mode Selection And Optimization Of The Supply Chain Environment

After entering the 21 st century, the mature Internet technology and highly developed traffic network make the participant of economic activities more and more diversified, the scope of activities is expanding. The global economic integration has been formed. Complex market environment and the diversification of corporate customers make enterprises should quickly and flexibly to meet different customer personality demand. Enterprises face the competition from global rivals, not only to provide customers with products and services quickly but also speed up the product and service update. In the face of such a huge pressure of competition, the enterprises feel more helpless, at this time some forward-looking companies began turning to the enterprise logistics field to find new ways. Enterprise managers start to change and improve the mode of enterprise logistics business, hope in the future can still maintain a certain advantage in the market.It is the first step of enterprise began to attaches great importance to the logistics that for enterprises to choose the appropriate logistics management mode. At present a lot of research in view of the enterprise management mode, most of the research is based on the common characteristic of enterprise gives the suggestion and reference in theory, combined with the concrete enterprise based on the further research of supply chain is still rare. This paper combines the actual conditions of M company’s supply chain and enterprise business situation study choice of logistics management mode,and obtained some results with reference value for the enterprise:(1)The paper identified and analyzed the influence on the enterprise logistics management mode of the three factors in the supply chain environment and further refined into ten factors. The existing enterprise logistics management mode has carried on the detailed elaboration. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of every mode, at the same time, made clear they are suitable for enterprise.(2)With the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to choose the three aspects of a factor of ten and four optional logistics management model to build into a enterprise logistics management mode choice model, makes the choice of enterprise logistics management mode of systematization and standardization.(3) Combined with the data obtained while internship in M company and the guide gave by related logistics industry experts, and use model to choose the suitable management mode. After select the suitable pattern theoretically, give suggestions about transformation of the enterprise logistics mode and the change process of logistics management organization.
