Under the impetus of the rapid development of social economy,the business unit employs a large number of irregular personnel,their performance appraisal and examination mode is relatively single,the imperfection of the system,a lot of the time of examination become a mere formality,lack of necessary supervision and incentives and so on,this will be derived from the assessment results failed to get a good feedback,cause serious influence evaluation effect,there are a series of problems to some extent,restricted the SZ office inside the restaurant side of personnel performance appraisal function,so we need to attach great importance to and take relevant measures to improve it.In the process of discussion,the author broke about previous much of the research is based on enterprise staff performance appraisal system as the research object,from the employees of administrative departments and institutions as the research object of the research Angle of view.Restaurant in SZ office as the specific research object,aiming at SZ office side from dining room personnel performance appraisal system is imperfect,evaluation of the effect is not ideal,the status quo,put forward the SZ office restaurant performance appraisal system should be standard security measures such as process,diversified pattern of examination.In terms of research methods,this paper research on organ restaurant is designed with different jobs in the corresponding index system,through the expert scoring method quantitatively calculate the weight of each index system,makes the paper builds the performance evaluation system more scientific,objective and comprehensive,avoiding the past study of performance appraisal system,only qualitative measures are put forward,and the lack of quantitative standard.
