Performance appraisal is an important tool of human resource management in modern enterprises. The enterprises of dietetic-trade have known the notable effects on the competition ability of performance appraisal, but in practice, they feel it is difficult to find a performance appraisal system for themselves. Enterprises should analysis those questions and scan their intrinsic performance appraisal system. It is very important for enterprises'target realization to set up a new performance appraisal system that sustains development.Because of the situation of performance management in Dajiangnan company and of theory research lack of guidance for practice, the author wants to set up a scientific performance appraisal system to evaluate employees'performance and improve company's competition.First, the author analysis the problem of Dajiangnan's performance appraisal system. The author holds a viewpoint that this company should look on performance appraisal as a systems engineering. Based on using for reference of others'experience, Dajiangnan should build a transparent employee's performance appraisal system in accordance of post requirement of management, employee development and marketing company's construction and so on. This employee's performance appraisal system includes design principia,appraisal object confirm,job analysis and so on. At last, Dajiangnan should carry out the system carefully.
