Research On Post-Evaluation Of Project Management In Purchase Based On Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

Procurement is the starting point for the operation of an economic organization,and also a very important part of modern supply chain management.With the economic globalization and the increasing improvement of the social logistics system based on supply chain,the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing management have become an important token of the management level of enterprises,industries and even the whole society.Purchasing project management is a new management way that introduces "project oriented" thinking into purchasing management.In practice,it needs to evaluate the effect of its operation.But for a long time,the project management of procurement focuseson the feasibility,necessity,system,implementation plan and operation management process.The evaluation of implementation effect and feedback research and practice are few.On the basis of synthetic understanding of the basic theory and development status of the project management in domestic and foreign procurement,and on the basis of laws and regulations and standards of procurement from state to industry,the principles,basis and flow of the construction of the post evaluation index system for purchasing projects are determined.Then,according to the above research results,the index system of purchasing project management was established through the feedback of expert consultation system.Then the AHP method and expert consultation system were used to determine the grading weight of the evaluation index,and the consistency of the model was tested.At the end of this paper,the post evaluation index system and the evaluation set of the project management in purchase are combined with the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,and the multi-stage fuzzy synthetic evaluation is carried out on the project management of H company.Finally,the evaluation results are obtained and the analysis of the status of the enterprises is compared.At the end ofthis paper,the research results and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and the future research direction of the purchase project management evaluation is prospected.The index-system and evaluation model of this paper hoped can be improve the performance assessment and purchasing management level,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience.
