| Currently, electric power enterprises carry out the project post-evaluation mostly for large construction projects, but it is not perfecta for small projects. In this paper, based on the summarized theory of project post-evaluation at home and abroad, analyze the related theory about small technical projects in coal-fired power enterprise, exploring the its actuality and characteristics, and procedures, etc. Then, from three aspects of the operation quality, technology and construction process, make a comprehensive analysis about the post-evaluation content, and based on the information entropy establish the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, through the small technical projects post-evaluation of circulating water system in Huaneng Beijing cogeneration power plant, make a empirical research and analysis. It makes sense to improve the management level of small technical projects and offer referential experience for other project construction. |
