Along with the progressing of technology and developing of the.econo.ray, the forming of the global information system and the global market and the accelerating of the technology transform, technology progressing and the diversification make the life cycle of products more and more shortened, enterprises are facing with the pressure of shortening the delivery, improving product quality, depressing the cost and improving on service. For the sake of keeping the competition superiority of itself, many companies cooperating with the raw material suppliers upward, and cooperating with the product sellers downwards, form a providing chain that starts from the raw material suppliers, goes through the product manufacturers and then arrives to the product sellers, enhance the . supply chain management to upgrade the market competition ability. The selection and management to the suppliers is the research hotspot of the supply chain management. This article starts from the basic problem of supply chain management under the supply chain circumstances, primarily explores and studies the strategic stock and the strategic management to the suppliers, and the methods of the selection and evaluation to them.The first chapter of this article puts forward the problem, sets forth the meaning of the research, and makes the contents and the emphasis clear, makes the analysis to the research status quo of inside and outside relative theories and puts forward the questions in the research based on this. The second chapter states the related theories of this article. The third chapter introduces the main tasks of the supply chain management and the important function that the suppliers play on the entropronur, it points out the existent problems between the manufacture corporations and the suppliers, and puts forward the supplier strategy in the supply chain management. The forth chapter states on the main style of the strategy purchase and makes design to the main procedure of the strategy purchase, as the important content of the strategy purchase, this chapter states on the relationship of the strategy purchase and the supplier management and how to manage the supplier in the supply chain. The following fifth chapter introduces the construct of the index system to evaluate the suppliers. The sixth chapter discusses the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.It' s an actual problem to manage the suppliers in the supply chain circumstances. This article syncretizes the supplier management and the business strategy stock, try to seek the manage mode that fits the business supplier strategy in the supply circumstances and expects to provide certain theory reference and practice instruction to the supplier management.
