President Xi, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, emphasized that we must establish and effectively implement the new development concept which included innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing in the Fifth Plenary Session. Green sustainability has always been the theme of development for the companies. In the past more than 3 decades, with the policy of reforming and opening, China's economic grew up rapidly. But it appeared in some serious problems which we can not ignore at the same time. We should get reflection from the bad cases just like problems of food and medicine, environmental pollution and etc. In this context, Corporate Social Responsibility has become a front burner. In view of lots of literatures, we will further improve the connotation and denotation of the corporate social responsibility in our country. And then, by combining with Chinese green development concept and basic situation, we will find out the characteristics of the CSR in our country through the perspectives of both the traditional culture and the social network. Using this kind of behavior characteristics, we can improve the performance of corporate social responsibility in China and effectively help our companies develop sustainablely.First, we will discuss about the connotation and denotation of the corporate social responsibility in China. On account of lots of academic papers, we think that corporate social responsibility should be given a new conception. Corporate social responsibility is consist of all kinds of derivative social responsibilities which come from the exchange process about the material, energy and information among the companies(as market subject with its own border), nature and society. As follow the moral responsibility of the leaders, companies should not only perform the basic social responsibilities which include the responsibilities of the economic, law and the stakeholders, but also the external social responsibilities comprising the responsibilities of the production, environment, charity and others. Here, moral responsibility acts the important junction of the basic responsibility and external responsibility.In this paper, we think that people should pay more attention to the influence of Chinese traditional culture for the reason that Chinese people has been influenced further. We can find out that the performance of the corporate social responsibility in Chinese companies has its own characteristics. Under the influence of Chinese tradition, there are some similar corporate social responsibility behaviors among companies, especially in the same industry. Normally, companies tend to compare with the resemble enterprises in the industry. The smaller difference of abilities between companies, the more similar the corporate social responsibility performance is. Above all, it will be on the cultivation of personality traits for the decision-making levels. The standard and the definition of moral responsibility for the decision-making level are the initial conditions when Chinese culture effects on the corporate social responsibility performance. Whether the level of moral responsibility can rise up or not, is the core point which enterprises make the decisions about Corporate Social Responsibility. In the traditional culture, the concept'Mean', which makes people hate to be not only the top but also the bottom in a group, is one of the important reasons resulting in Corporate Social Responsibility lack of power to improve itself.Also, Companies in social network will perform similar behavior when they make the decisions about corporate social responsibility. If one company which is the core, or easily spreading information, or strongly intervening others in the social network, it will act on other companies that have relationship with it tending to be similar in the corporate social responsibility performance. This conclusion provides a new direction for improving the corporate social responsibility performance in China, that is, we can use the social network to bring along the attentiveness and cognition of the corporate social responsibility. Social network may like a tool which has the amplifying function. It will help beneficial effect enlarge to promote the corporate social responsibility. Enterprises which have higher degree, closeness and betweenness centrality are the leading role for other related companies. So we should pay more attention to the effect of social network.At last, for the reason to resolve the dynamic problems about corporate social responsibility and improve our corporate social responsibility performance, this paper chooses to research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and capital constraint which represents the effect of corporate social responsibility during the corporate development. We found that the better corporate social responsibility performance is, the more the capital constraint will be reduced. It will help companies develop effectively and sustainablely. When the companies have the voluntary to truly report their corporate social responsibility and are willing to perform better corporate social responsibility, the information asymmetry will be cut down. And it will also be advantaged to polish up the relationship among the companies, banks and other financial institutions when the capital constraint is smalL At the same time, the resistance in development of enterprises will depress, corporate image and social recognition will rise up as well. Reasonably, properly and effectively performing corporate social responsibility will help us achieve a win-win state between companies and society.In summary, the enterprise culture is like the gene, the enterprise decision-makers' moral cultivation is like the key, and the social network is just the important core path for spreading and impacting, focusing on improving the corporate social responsibility performance is the fundamental objective. It is in order to reduce the enterprise capital constraints, which is conducive to the development of the enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to provide more policy support, using the similarity of corporate social responsibility behavior in China to supply a better way to spread the related ideas about corporate social responsibility. And then, it will be helpful for the enterprises to deepen the cognition of corporate social responsibility. Also, it will help enterprises to improve the initiative of corporate social responsibility performance.
